So many programs these days are copy and paste and not paying attention to your individual needs. So many coaches are taking on hundreds of athletes and plug and play is used very often. Here, it is one on one and custom for the duration and I will only take on as many athletes as can fit under my standards to give my best self for coaching. The plan is to have fun and also to achieve all of the results you are pushing for in your running program. So come aboard and let’s crush some goals.
Life is a fine balance of how to take care of your mind, body and spirit. As an entrepreneur, public figure, and professional athlete, I have been forced to become an expert in how to juggle all of those pieces. As part of my initiative to launch Jammin’ With Jax next year, I am offering services to help individuals that are trying to find a way to set up their life goals overall to have more balance, fit it all in and walk confidently through their entire day and night. We will set up weekly programs to re-focus and align a life path that has balance, goals and sets up affirmations for the week to tackle life daily with confidence and tender care towards mind, body and spirit. Lets hop on a journey to be your best self! Starting right here and now.
Hannah Is currently the youngest female ultra runner in the world. In 2018, she completed the Twisted Fork Ultra that was 42.2. miles in Park City, UT in 9:42! Hannah’s athletic resume runs deep to completing the Grand Teton at age 7. She has completed the Park City Mid Mountain Marathon twice taking an hour off of her time in the 2nd run. Additionally, she was the 2015 and 2016 National Champion at XTERRA trail National Championships in her division and the 2016 World Champion at XTERRA World Championships in her division. She also enjoys nordic skiing, alpine skiing, hip hop dancing, just to name a few. When she isn’t adventuring outside, she loves to hang out with her friends, mom, dad and her dog Paige.
Basit accidentally ended up in ultra trail running. After years of having running used solely as physical training, he began to find joy in running as a way to foster a deeper connection with self, the world around him, and life through the ups & downs of endurance running in the mountains. He just kept running to run races up to 100mi and his own backcountry adventures well beyond 100mi in the Colorado wilderness and beyond. As his relationship with running continues to evolve and grow, Basit will run for Brooks Running’s Trail Team in 2019. Most recently, Basit ran Ultra Trail Cape Town 100k in December 2018. When he’s not running he enjoys time with foam rollers, spending time with loved ones that aren't foam rollers, running the legal technology company he founded in 2014, or serving on the Board of Directors of the ACLU of Colorado.
Lawlor started getting involved in training and running Ultras in early 2018, mainly stemming from years of backcountry skiing as a form of exploring what Utah has to offer. This carried over into Trail Running and eventually he completed his first 50 miler in the summer of 2018. Since then he has enjoyed diving deeper into determining where my mental and physical boundaries lay. Some of his goals for 2019 are running some 50’s, a 100 miler and eventually a 200 mile point to point run through the cascades in the Big Foot 200. However, being a distance he has never pursued before, it only seemed fitting to reach out to other runners who have that experience and can offer advice on how to train for such a race. Lawlor is stoked to take on the ultra challenge this summer.
